Losi Rock Rey – Rock Racer RTR in scale 1/10

Losi Rock Rey – Rock Racer RTR in scale 1/10. Based on the Baja Rey project, Losi presented the Rock Rocker Rock Rey in scale 1/10. The model is sold in RTR version and is perfect for driving between rocks and dirt.

Amongst the features are the 3.5mm aluminum frame with built-in roll cage, 2800kv brushless motor, Spektrum AVC system, long travel suspension, 4-link rear axle, waterproof electronics, differential and sealed metal transmission , Oil shock absorbers, LED bar and panel-mounted bodywork on the roll cage.

Also included is the Spectrum DX2 radio remote control. To start having fun you will need the LiPo battery (recommended by the manufacturer a 2 / 3S with EC3 connectors) and the charger.

Realistic chassis

The Rock Rey chassis has a four-wheel drive, it is very realistic and mixes functionality and scale realism. The chassis plate is made of 3.5 mm thick hard anodised aluminum and integrates composite roll cage, independent front suspension and 4-Link system in the rear axle working just like in real scale 1 / 1

LED light bar

On the roof of the model you find a LED bar with twelve lights that light up for night use without consuming too much battery.

Dynamite 2800Kv brushless system

The model comes with a 2800Kv Dynamite Fuze brushless motor coupled to the 130A waterproof ESC speed controller. This combination can handle 2S or 3S LiPo batteries (sold separately) and allows the model to reach 40 mph.

Gears and metal transmission

The transmission, as well as the front and center differential are sealed and protected from debris and dirt.

Oil shock absorbers

The shock absorbers are oil and threaded with adjusting rings to accurately adjust the spring load.

Waterproof electronics

Receiver, servo and ESC are waterproof so you can handle any kind of track in all climatic conditions.

Simplified engine access

Access to the engine is simple and fast, just remove three screws at the bottom of the chassis.

Access to the battery

Even in this case, Losi simplified the procedure and it is not necessary to disassemble any part of the bodywork to access the battery compartment for replacement. Simply open the dedicated back compartment and change the battery.

Body and interior

The bodywork is made with panels that are fixed on the roll cage. Everything is very detailed and durable, and in the middle part we find a composite printed with the figures of the pilots and the instrumentation.
